THE VINEYARD ULTRA
1) 338KM ULTRA, 220KM ULTRA, 161KM ULTRA, 100KM ULTRA AND 75KM ULTRA -
Reporting Day - 8th Feb 2025, Time - 1:00PM onwards
Flag Off Day & Time - 9th Feb 2025, Time - 12:00PM (noon)
Note - Check out of runners to be done once they complete their race
2) 50KM ULTRA -
Reporting Day for outstation runners only - 8th Feb 2024, Time - 1:00PM onwards
Note - Local runners to report directly at the Venue 1:30 hours before the race starts.
Flag Off Day & Time - 9th Feb 2024, Time - 12:00 PM Noon
Note - Check out of runners to be done once they complete their race. Family members/ Friends will not be given accomodation .They can avail accomadation as per the guest house rates.
About Accomodation
1) Complimentary Accomodation for all outstation Ultra participants only will be in the dormitory. (Separate Male & Female Dormitory).
2) We can provide rooms at the venue on twin / triple sharing basis on additional payment at actuals .
All Accomodation provision is at the Sahyadri Farms guest house which is the Start / Finish point of The Vineyard Ultra Marathon .
CUT OFF TIME FOR THE VINEYARD ULTRA WITH ALL INTERMEDIATE CUTOFF .
Eg For 338K all the intermediate cutoff of 50K/75K/100K/161K and 220K will be applicable.
Likewise intermediate cutoff will be applicable across all categories
1) 338KM ULTRA - 72HRS.
2) 220KM ULTRA - 48HRS.
3) 161KM ULTRA - 30 HRS.
4) 100KM ULTRA - 20 HRS.
5) 75KM ULTRA - 14 HRS.
6) 50KM ULTRA - 8 HRS.
Note - Cut off times are fixed for all categories, The participants will have to leave the route once the cut off time has elapsed .No one will be allowed to continue further and no pleas will be entertained whatsoever and will be considered a DNF.
No personal support or vehicle will be allowed on the route during the entire duration of the event.
Only registered pacers will be allowed. Pacers will be allowed for 161K ,220K & 338K Category only. No certificate or medal will be awarded to the pacer. Pacer will not be allowed for the first 50K.
About Route, Hydration Points and Food arrangements.
A loop of 25 Km (12.5 K Out and 12.5K In ) with major portions of trail , parts of dirt road and as you near the turnaround a testing incline leading to a loop into the well maintained and landscaped tar road inside Sahyadri Farms.
During night the loop will be of 10K only (5K out 5K in ) between 7 PM to 7 AM - All runners reaching the 5K Point after 7 AM will have to go ahead for the 25K loop mandatorily.
Hydration Point will be only at -
1) Start Point
2) At 5K
3) At 12.5K (Turnaround )
Use of Hydration Bag will be required and hence recommended.
Food Arrangements -
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner during the day will be available for the participants and registered pacers only at the Start Point (Sahyadri Farms Guest House)
Clean washrooms and Rest/Sleep area will be provided at the Start Point only.
During the night
Tea, Coffee ,Soup, Sandwiches and Maggie will be provided.
Friends and family members will be charged extra for food in advance.
