Sprint : 750 mtr swim, 20 km cycle, 5 km run

Standard Olympic : 1500 mtr swim, 40 km cycle, 10 km run

Standard Olympic Relay : 1500 mtr swim, 40 km cycle, 10 km run

Triathlon 113 : 1.9 km swim, 90 km cycle, 21 km run

Triathlon 113 Relay : 1.9 km swim, 90 km cycle, 21 km run

Sprint Duathlon : 5 km run, 20 km cycle, 2.5 km run

If any Age Group has less than 5 participants it will be merged with the lower Age Group

Underage participants will be allowed to participate only with prior approval of organizers along with written consent from parents. Download form here

Bike Rentals

You are expected to bring your own bicyles. However, in case you need to rent bikes you may do so with any of the following bike rental vendors.

SRSSC is not involved or responsible for any bicycle dealings. These are independent facilitators who might provide services on chargeable basis. Please deal with them  at your own cost and Risk.
